Much attention is paid to the housing market trends taking shape in California’s metropolitan areas, but what of the vast number of towns and cities in regional California that power the state’s agricultural output – one of its biggest economic exports? A power panel of local city mayors will discuss issues including the economic recovery following the 2008 recession, the impact of lending changes and the effect of infrastructure projects such as high-speed rail. This event will provide an in-depth analysis of the state of homeownership in one of regional California’s most prominent markets, the Central Valley.
