Do you need your NAR Code of Ethics for the 2019-2021 requirement? Only agents whose license expire in 2022 need to complete the NAR required Code of Ethics. Agents whose licenses expired in 2019, 2020, and 2021 fulfilled their NAR requirement when they renewed their licenses at the DRE.

CODE OF ETHICS CLASS NAR requires all REALTORS® to take an ethics course every three years. CVAR will hold a FREE COE class for our members meeting the NAR requirement for the cycle ending in 2021.
